Spencer and I have only known each other as students. We met in the dorms, I graduated right before we got married, and Spencer has been in school for what has seemed like forever!!! As much as we have complained and griped about our hardships as poor college students, we actually will really miss college life.
*Never again will Spencer's schedule be so flexible. He has always been able to come home whenever I needed him.
*good-bye summer vacation and 2 weeks off at Christmas!
*We have made such good friends at BYU and UW. We look forward to being able to keep friends we will make for longer than a year.
*It's fun living in a college town...lots to do and a beautiful campus close by.
*It's nice living in a neighborhood where everyone is in the same situation as you...poor. There isn't much "keeping up with the Jones" and the only things you envy are the sweet deals your friend found on craigslist or their awesome find by the dumpster.
*As much as we are excited about having a house with our own walls...there is a part of apartment living we'll miss. It's nice having friends so close and being able to walk out your door and always have kids for your kids to play with and other moms to talk to.
Now that Spencer is graduating...does this mean we have to be grown-ups??!!
