Happy Birthday Ryan! He lost his front tooth a couple days before his birthday so I think he really has that signature seven year old look down now. I brought him Pizza for lunch and cupcakes for his class.
We are doing friend parties every other year so we went to Red Robin for dinner at his request, opened presents, and had cake. I love that Ryan still thought it was so much fun and loved his day.
He was super excited about all of his presents this year. Especially the star wars stuff.
In case you are wondering about the cake... the half blue and half red are for the "good and evil" colors from Star wars. Red is the color of the light saber for Darth Mal and Blue is for Luke...(although I think he is a little mixed up. Aren't Luke and Darth Mal not in the same movies?) Don't mind the botched up icing :)
Happy Birthday Ryan. You are a great example to us. I am sorry you are the ginny pig kid that we get to figure this parenting stuff out on, but I think you put up with us pretty well.
