Thanks to some very crafty and talented mamas, we have one cute crib ready for a baby girl. My mom made the crib skirt and bumper pad and my mother-in-law made the quilt. I love the fabric and think it all looks great.
A note to my future baby girl: sorry little girl, you're out of luck. I am not the seamstress that your Grandma's are, so if you have any hope of getting beautifully sewed handicrafts, you better hope your Grandmas stick around a long time! :)
Way cute! At least you have some good teachers on hand! Plus, making stuff for your kids is the best way to learn because you don't have to give away the stuff that turns out ugly. Then once you get better, you can start thinking about making gifts. I'm still in the ugly phase.
I love your bedding. It is so cute. Aren't girls the best??? You gotta love all that cute girly stuff. As for your fun prego shots.. of course you have to take like 300... because you'll only get like 3-4 good ones that you can post. That's what I did. We went through a lot of bad pictures, and I would say, "No.. I look too fat in that one, take another one." Bart was very patient.

Love it! I swear that is the fabric I just used to make my sister a baby blanket. Kate is due in May :)
That is the cutest crib set up!!! What a lucky little girl you are going to have!
You are a talented seamstress, you just don't have the time her grandmas do to make all this stuff.

Mabel's bedding is darling. How nice to be in your new house and not have to worry about moving.
