Daylight savings is no fun anymore. Our kids don't get how awesome it is to turn the clocks back and sleep in an extra hour. They wake up at the same time. Daylight savings is even less fun when you forget about it and show up to church at 9:00 a.m. (which is really 8:00 a.m.) and nobody is there. I would feel really sorry for someone if that happened to them.

haha, i wouldn't know what that's like to show up to church an hour off, because it's not like we did that two years ago. i couldn't agree more with the kids "not getting it" thing. if only they understood how awesome it really is.
I wanted to post this exact same sentiment...ugh.
That actually happened to me before - but it was for a class at BYU. And I even worked an extra hour that day thinking, "Gosh - this is a LONG day!" Oops. No wonder no one was at my class...
I LOVE daylight savings. No kids, very awesome. :)
whoops!
I agree with you, I don't know how Noah does it. 10 to 7 on the dot, EVERY morning. How do we change this?
I hear you. All Daylight Savings means is that I get to wake up an hour earlier. For the past three days we've been trying putting Lydia to bed later and it does not even work. She has a 4 minute wake-up window, and it has come an hour earlier since Sunday. Nice.
As I pulled into our church parking lot last Sunday, I heard the guy on the radio say "hope everybody enjoyed that extra hour of sleep this morning!" Indeed, it was 6 a.m. Hideous. I drove back home and decided read the comics to cheer me up. And there was Garfield eating is stupid lasagna. What next!?
AMEN. Megan wakes up at 5:00. I hate it.
I think the worst is over...the boys slept in until 7:45 this morning! I hope this means that they have adjusted.
